SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the continental United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time shown at checkout.

PACKAGING

We carefully pack each order to protect your piece in transit. Whenever possible, we reuse clean, sturdy shipping boxes and packing materials as part of our effort to reduce unnecessary waste. Please note that your order may arrive in reused outer packaging.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping rates for most items are calculated at checkout based on the shipping category assigned to the item.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping service and begin after your order has been shipped.

LARGE, FRAGILE & OVERSIZED ITEMS

Certain large, heavy, fragile, or unusually shaped pieces may require specialized or private delivery and may not be eligible for standard checkout shipping.

For these items, shipping will be arranged separately based on the item's size, destination, and delivery requirements. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like a delivery estimate.

Delivery timelines for private or specialized shipping vary by destination and carrier.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain the item, shipping box, and all original packaging materials. Photographs of the item and packaging will be required for a shipping or insurance claim.
