A Vintage Italian carved alabaster table lamp of campana-form urn, its body outcarved in high relief with the mask of Bacchus wreathed in grapevines — clusters and leaves curling around a serene classical face. Turned stem on a square plinth base.
Figural carved examples of this scale are increasingly difficult to find — a sculptural presence for a side table, console, or library.

Condition: small chips to the turned rims; the base shows traces of an earlier restoration (visible adhesive). Please examine the photographs carefully.
